I have not departed from his commands, but have treasured his words more than my daily food Job 23:12 (NLT)

Vitamins are essential nutrients in the building and development of the human body. Any deficiencies are known to be associated with diseases e.g. scurvy for vitamin C deficiency and rickets for vitamin D deficiency. V.i.t.a.m.i.n as an acronym is, “Vital Information To Acknowledge (when) Managing Instructions (in) Nature”

Job knew the “vitamin-effect” of the word of God when he stated, Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food (Job 23:12). Because of his stance, he was able to stand in the face of adversity declaring to his friends, “I am not inferior to you (Job13:2)” and regarding his integrity, “till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me (Job 27:5b)” No wonder God boasted of his integrity to Satan saying, “there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that fears God, and eschews evil” (Job 1:8)

How did Job achieve this status with God? By taking his spiritual v.i.t.a.m.i.n, the Word of God and obeying his commandments. The psalmist affirmed this position by asking,”How can a young person keep his life pure? The answer is, “He can do it by holding on to God’s word (Psalm 119:19). V.I.T.A.M.I.Ns are the words of God needed to stay spiritually fit. The lack of any v.i.t.a.m.i.n will leave you exposed to the elements of this world.

Finally, just as Job built his character by holding dearly the word of God, take your v.i.t.a.m.i.n daily to strengthen you as you continue to experience the power of His truths. This V.i.t.a.m.i.n together with the acronyms, quotes and scriptures will supplement all the requirements necessary to build your character. A character that will deliver to you His peace both in good times and in times of adversity. This peace will uphold your integrity so you do not compromise. Be bless as you keep taking the v.i.t.a.m.i.n regularly. Amen
